Who We Are

SLH Group is a not for profit housing association which manages approximately 3500 homes in the South Liverpool area.  SLH Group is the parent company to South Liverpool Housing and South Liverpool Regeneration (the charitable arm of our organisation).

South Liverpool  Housing –  the group parent, a non-charitable company limited by guarantee and a Housing Association registered with and regulated by the Housing Corporation.  The primary activity of SLH is housing and property management.

South Liverpool Regeneration – a charitable industrial and provident society concerned with wider economic, social and environmental improvements.

SLH group is helping to transform area through major investment, pioneering partnerships and by placing community at the heart of everything we do.

We are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), a government agency that regulates all housing associations in England and new affordable housing.  The TSA’s aim is to work with landlords and tenants to ensure tenants are receiving the best possible service.

SLH is about more than just bricks and mortar.  We are creating places people want to live by tackling anti-social behaviour, building skills and opportunities and finding innovative ways of involving people in their local community.
