Home Contents Insurance

It is important to have home contents insurance at your property to cover you in the event of theft, fire, vandalism for your household items such as electrical items, white goods etc, and personal items such as your clothing, jewellery etc.  Having home contents insurance can also assist you to obtain a lock change at your property should you lose your keys or claim for damage to flooring or soft furnishing should you encounter a burst pipe at your property.

You can insure your household items which is administered though Norwich Union and the policy will provide you with cover on a new for old basis, and will cover items such as your home contents and fire, theft vandalism to your property . You can also look to increase your insurance by including additional cover to cover relating to accidental damage.


Some of the benefits are:

-Insurance premium for as low as £6,000 Contents Insurance Cover for a cost of £1.80 per week, for the over 60’s,  
-and from £9,000 Contents Insurance Cover for a cost of £2.70 per week, for all others
-Premiums paid via Paypoint swipecards
-Nil excess
-No minimum security areas (insurer does not insist on special locks being fitted)
