The Government has set in place a target for all social housing to meet the "Decent Homes Standard" by 2010. SLH has in place Programmes of Work to help us meet this target. Over the past five years SLH have carried out roofing renewals to lots of properties.
Our current programme will finish in February 2010. The next programme will be publicised later in the year when the dates and locations have been finalised.
