Payment Card
We will provide you with a rent payment card within 5 working days of moving into your new property or requesting a replacement card. You can make a payment at any post office, Paypoint outlet or Payzone outlet.
Direct Debit
Direct debit is a cost effective trouble free way of paying your rent direct from your bank account. This is now available weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly on any date between the 1st and 28th. To obtain a direct debit mandate form please contact us on 0151 285 5600, or alternatively you can download the form. Sign up and you will automatically be entered into our quarterly Direct Debit prize draw to win £50 in shopping vouchers!
Debit Card
Automated service by calling 0870 770 0472. You will need your rent payment card and debit card.
Payments Online
Visit our Pay Now page, or you can use the kiosk at our Speke Office to pay online. You will need your rent payment card and debit card to enable you to do this.
Callpay
Make a secure payment over the phone by calling us on 0151 285 5600. All you need is your debit card and rent account number.
Textpay
Make a payment by text. Using your SLH rent payment card, debit card and the text code you will set up when you register for this service online. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Post
Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to SLH Group, with your name, address and rent account number on the reverse. All cheques should be sent to SLH Group, Parklands, Speke, Liverpool L24 0TY. (Please be advised that SLH will not be held liable for post that goes astray).
In Person
You can pay by cheque or postal orders at our Speke Office. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to SLH Group with your name, address and rent account number on the reverse.
Help to Maximise You Income / Help with Rent Arrears
If you have a low income you may get help with your rent. To see if you are entitled to Housing Benefit or any other type of benefits, please contact SLH on 0151 285 5600 or the Benefits Advice Team (BATS) on 0151 482 2472/5.
If you are experiencing difficulties maintaining your rent payments then contact us on 0151 285 5600. We can offer you support and advice and can also arrange for a Neighbourhood Officer to visit you at home to discuss matters in a confidential manner.
