Your purple bin is collected every week, together with either your blue of green bin on alternate weeks.

Recycling centres
Your local recycling centre is Otterspool Recycling Centre, Jericho Lane, Aigburth, L17 5AR.

You can dispose of the following items free of charge:
* car batteries, engine oil, household batteries and electrical items.
* energy saving lightbulbs and fluorescent tubes.
* garden waste, rubble and soil.
* fridges, freezers and furniture.
* scrap metal, timber and glass.
