We provide on-going support and services to enable our tenants to maintain their homes

There are many ways in which we provide on-going support for our tenants, these services include:

Tenancy Health Check
These are annual visits to every one of our homes to ensure information held about you is relevant to your current circumstances.

Paying your rent
There are a number of ways available for you to make your rent payment. We also offer support and advice. If you are experiencing difficulties maintaining your payments please contact us on 0330 303 3000.

If you have a low income you may get help with your rent. To see if you are entitled to Housing Benefit or any other type of benefits, please contact us or RAISE on 0151 291 7850.
