Looking after your home

This section aims to give you more information about the way we look after your home.

We look after your home in three ways:

1. We complete day to repairs which you tell us about.

2. We complete planned cyclical and improvement programmes;

3. We complete an annual gas servicing and safety check.

We have a dedicated team who deliver the repair service to you.  This team is called SLHome Service. 

Our aim is to deliver a quality repair service that meets your needs, as well as protecting our homes. This means that we want to carry out repairs that are value for money and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
