SLH are currently undertaking a STATUS survey. This is a survey that all housing associations must undertake to gauge levels of tenant satisfaction.
The survey will be posted out to all tenants in two phases. The first phase has already been posted out to tenants and tenants will receive the reminder week commencing 25th January 2010.
We want to provide all our tenants with world class excellent services so it is really important to get as many responses from you as possible (a big "thank you" to everyone who has taken the time to fill it out and post it back to us already). Your responses will be used to:
- Establish how satisfied our tenants are with our housing services
- Identify serice areas that need improvement
- Compare satisfaction with services over time, specifically over the past few years
- Compare our performance with other comparable landlords
All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw where 3 lucky winners will win vouchers worth £100! If you haven't got round to it yet, don't worry, it's not too late. You will be receiving a reminder shortly in the post. We will publish the results of the survey on the website and in a future edition of the Tenants Bulletin.
