Sheltered Housing

South Liverpool Homes has two sheltered housing schemes in Woolton. 

The schemes comprise of independent living, self-contained flats for older people over 60 years of age or 55 years with a disability.

Each scheme offers a wide range of facilities including on site laundry facilities, guest room for hire, large communal lounges and kitchens and communal gardens. Scheme Managers are based at each scheme, during office hours, with emergency cover provided by a call centre 24 hours per day, 365 days a year to offer support and advice when needed. The schemes also offer regular social activities such as bingo, exercise classes and coffee mornings.

Both schemes have strong links with the local community giving tenants opportunity to get involved in various activities outside of the scheme.
