The Floating Support service is a FREE service for older and vulnerable people in South Liverpool. The aim of the service is to help people who are struggling to live independently and to sort out any difficulties they may be having. The service can help you with a range of things such as budgeting, managing debts, claiming benefits, form filling, assistance with the safety and security of your home and accessing other services, such as doctors and aids and adaptations.

The Floating Support Service is intended for people who need support to help them remain in their home and live independently. The service is for owner occupiers, as well as housing association tenants and private tenants living in the South Liverpool area. We accept referrals from other agencies, which may include social workers, GP’s and housing officers. You can also refer yourself or a family member / friend could refer you.
To find out more about how to apply for floating support, please email SLH's Supported Housing Co-ordinator or call 0151 285 5600. Alternatively download the Floating Support Service leaflet, or fill in the Online Form.
